Jessica H.

Implementation Lead at Tilt

Jessica H. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jessica started their career as an intern at the Nebraska Attorney General's Office, where they worked in Constituent Services. Later, in 2012, they joined Wilderness Ridge as a server.

In 2014, Jessica co-founded Undefined, a safe place for survivors of sexual violence to share their experiences and seek support. Jessica served as the Co-Founder and created an open environment where survivors could heal and rebuild their lives.

Jessica then joined NRC Health in 2014, initially as a Measurement Services Manager, where they managed a $5 million book of business. In this role, they ensured data integrity and timely creation of patient surveys, troubleshooting any issues and conducting audits. Jessica later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager, responsible for client retention and growth, maintaining open communication with healthcare system leaders, and training clients in using reporting portals.

In 2019, Jessica joined CHI Health as a Patient Experience Coach. Jessica focused on improving patient experience through coaching and training programs.

Jessica's most recent work experience is with Tilt, where they started as a Customer Success Manager in 2021 and later transitioned to the role of Implementation Lead in 2022.

Jessica H. graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science and Government. Prior to that, they attended Saint Leo University from 2010 to 2012, studying Political Science and Government.
