Phillip Ward has extensive experience in the retail and food service industries, holding various roles since 2002. Currently, Phillip serves as a Crew Member at 5 Guys Inc. since November 2015 and as a Bar Back at Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery since June 2015. Previous positions include Assistant Manager at Hot Topic from June 2014 to April 2015, where responsibilities included assigning duties and managing shifts, and KMIT Kitchen Manager in Training at Chipotle Mexican Grill from May 2012 to May 2014, focusing on managerial training and operational tasks. Phillip was also a Shift Leader at Cosi from April 2008 to May 2012, a Front End Supervisor at Gap Inc./Old Navy from July 2004 to March 2005, and a Third Shift Sales Clerk at The Convenience Stores of Speedway in 2002. Phillip graduated with a High School Diploma in Visual and Performing Arts from Thomas Worthington High School, attending from 2001 to 2003.
