Coral Mercado is an experienced professional in program coordination and nutrition education, currently serving as the Good Food Bag Program Coordinator at Tilth Alliance since August 2019. Prior to this role, Coral held positions such as Healthy Futures Program Coordinator at Young Women Empowered and Nutrition Educator at Solid Ground, focusing on nutrition and cooking education for SNAP users.
