Andrew Santellan is an Estimating Coordinator at Tilton Pacific Construction since February 2023, bringing a diverse background in project management and estimating from previous roles including Project Manager/Estimator at Centerline Striping Service and Project Coordinator at Black Diamond Paver Stones & Landscape, Inc. Andrew has also served as Assistant Project Manager at Smith Development and Construction Company and held various positions in project management and customer service throughout earlier experiences. Educationally, Andrew completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from California State University-Sacramento, following a diploma from Jesuit High School in Carmichael.
