Ana Carolina Casalunga

Ana Carolina Casalunga is an experienced professional in account management and sales, currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at TIM Brasil since July 2021. Previously, from January 2008 to August 2020, Ana held the position of Account Manager at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil), where responsibilities included team training, systems implementation, process management and auditing, contract negotiation and segmentation, new sales point prospecting, daily sales analysis, and campaign management.
