Marcos Motta has extensive experience in marketing and customer insights, currently serving as the Head of Marketing Customer Insights at TIM Brasil since June 2011. Previously, Marcos held various positions at TIM Brasil, including Senior CRM Manager, High-End CRM Manager, Revenue Planning and Control Manager, Budget and Planning Specialist, and Customer Knowledge Specialist. Prior to this, experience was gained at Claro from October 2005 to June 2011, where roles included Senior Marketing Planning Analyst, Business Manager II for Claro Internet Distribution, Junior Analyst for Authorized Agents, and Revenue Assurance Intern. Marcos holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ibmec, completed in 2007.
