Chantelle Arnold is an experienced professional with a strong background in data management and program innovation, currently serving as the Manager of Camper Data & Systems at Tim Hortons Foundation Camps since November 2015. Responsibilities include overseeing the camper database migration to Salesforce NPSP, ensuring data integrity, and acting as a central resource for camper data. Previous roles at Tim Hortons Foundation Camps include managing impact measurement strategies, coordinating camper engagement, and facilitating the registration process. Prior to this, Chantelle worked as a Customer Service Account Representative at Pleasant Ridge Saddlery and Western Wear, where exceptional bilingual customer service was provided, and support was given for the launch of an eCommerce website. With a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from Carleton University, Chantelle possesses strong communication skills and expertise in both data management and customer relations.
