Faisal Parkar has a strong background in IT leadership and management. Faisal is currently serving as the Director of IT at Tim Hortons - Middle East, where they lead the technology division and is responsible for business applications, security and infrastructure, eCommerce, and service and support. Faisal effectively defines and delivers the business IT vision, roadmap, and strategic plans to align with business objectives.

Prior to their role at Tim Hortons, Faisal worked at M. A. Al Abdulkarim & Co. as the Head of IT, where they provided strategic planning for information systems and developed IT solutions that supported the business's current and future needs. Faisal also identified opportunities for technology to create competitive advantage and drive innovation. Faisal previously held the position of Senior IT Manager at M. A. Al Abdulkarim & Co. before being promoted to the role of Head of IT.

Before joining M. A. Al Abdulkarim & Co., Faisal worked at Alyasra Fashion as a Senior IT Manager, where they maintained critical system operations, supported organizational effectiveness through the implementation of information technologies, and ensured information security and data recovery. Prior to this, they served as an IT Manager at Alyasra Fashion.

Faisal's earlier experience includes working as an IT Manager at Petra Food Manufacturing Co., where they were responsible for the technical implementation and support of infrastructure, as well as the design and implementation of services and processes. Faisal began their career at Techworld Information Systems Co. as a Project Implementation Consultant, where they gained experience in project implementation and consulting.

Faisal Parkar obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computers from the University of Mumbai, completing their studies from 1998 to 2003. In 2009, they also obtained an Oracle Certified Professional certification.
