Carrie Knoflach

Carrie Knoflach possesses extensive experience in operations and franchise performance management within the food service industry. Since July 2014, Carrie has held various senior managerial positions at Tim Hortons, including Senior Manager of Operations Training and Senior Manager of Operations Execution, as well as Manager of Franchise Performance. Prior to this role, Carrie worked at TDL Group Corp from September 2001 to August 2013 as Manager of Franchise Performance. Carrie also holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality Operations from Fleming College and completed additional studies at the University of Toronto in late 2022.
