Linda Hoogendam has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Linda began their career as a Corporate District Manager at The TDL Group, where they were responsible for managing a large district in Eastern Ontario. Linda then moved on to become a Corporate District Manager at Wendys International, where they oversaw multiple locations and had full HR accountabilities. Linda joined Tim Hortons next, starting as a General Manager and Director of Operations and Business Development. During their time there, the portfolio of restaurants grew from 6 to 20, and the operations consistently ranked in the top 2% of the system. Following this, they worked as an Executive Recruiter at Lecours Wolfson, using their recruitment expertise and judgement skills to support organizational growth. Linda is currently the General Manager and Director of Operations at Tim Hortons, where they manage a multi-unit franchisee portfolio of 24 restaurants and is continually expanding within the Toronto Market. Additionally, they are the Director of the Condo Board and Secretary at Meliving Condo Corporation. Linda's work experience showcases their expertise in project and people management, recruitment, and operations.
