Director Of Operations at Tim Hortons

Mark Bezpieczny has a range of experience in the food service industry, primarily with Tim Hortons. Mark has held various management positions, starting as an Operations Representative in the Restaurant Opening Team in 2005. Mark then progressed through roles such as Operations Crew Leader and District Supervisor for Cold Stone Creamery. From 2013 to 2014, Mark was responsible for managing projects in operations and marketing sectors for the US and Canadian business units. In 2015, they became a District Manager for a Tim Hortons Franchisee, overseeing 17 restaurants. Most recently, Mark held the position of Director of Operations for a multi-unit Tim Hortons Franchisee in the GTA, where they managed and motivated over 36 managers and 500 employees, responsible for all aspects of the business across 21 restaurants.

Mark Bezpieczny attended the University of Guelph from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a BA degree in Sociology & Anthropology. Additionally, they obtained the certifications E-RYT 500 & YACEP from the Yoga Alliance in 2017.
