Will Simpson

Will Simpson is a seasoned operations and franchise management professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as Manager of Franchise Performance at Tim Hortons since May 2022, Will previously held the role of Region Coach at Soul Foods Group from October 2018 to May 2022, overseeing operations and sales growth for 34 restaurants. Prior to that, Will worked at Yum! Brands from September 2015 to October 2018, contributing as both a Franchise Business Coach and Franchise Operations Specialist, where responsibilities included managing over 115 KFC franchisee stores in Canada. Will's career began with a Graduate Operations Leadership Scheme at KFC UKI from September 2014 to September 2015, focusing on restaurant management and development. Will holds a BA in American and Canadian Studies from the University of Birmingham, earned in 2011.
