Currently serving as Production Manager and Construction Manager at Tim O'Brien Homes since September 2021, Eric has previously held significant roles such as Operations Manager for the Air National Guard and the United States Air Force. Eric's expertise extends to sales and carpentry, with past positions including Outside Sales Representative at Wisconsin Building Supply and Carpentry Foreman at Siding Unlimited, LLC. Early career experiences as a carpentry laborer at Neu’s Builders provided a strong foundation in the industry.
