Previously, Jessica spent a decade at U.S. Cellular, progressing from Customer Service Representative to Retail Wireless Consultant, and ultimately to Administrative Coordinator II and III. Earlier in Jessica's career, guest service was provided at Kwik Trip, Inc. from August 2009 to June 2013. Jessica's educational background includes attendance at UW-Milwaukee at Waukesha from 2008 to 2011.
