Matheus Souza

Matheus Souza is an experienced project supervisor at TIMAC Agro Brasil, responsible for managing multidisciplinary industrial projects with significant investments and high project turnover across various units since July 2021. Prior to this role, Matheus served as a teacher instructor at Federação das Indústrias do Estado da Bahia, imparting knowledge in hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, maintenance foundations, CAD, and welding. Matheus also worked as a maintenance engineer at Barão Indústria, overseeing production line maintenance, and co-founded Ponte Espaço Colaborativo, a pioneering coworking space in northeastern Brazil. Additionally, Matheus gained valuable experience as a mechanical engineering intern at Petrobras and a trainee at T.W.O Engenharia. Matheus holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Salvador and has pursued further education in project management, including a continuing studies program at the University of Toronto and an MBA in Gestão de Processos e Projetos from IPOG.
