Christian Albrecht

Christian Albrecht is an experienced professional with a diverse background in corporate strategy, advisory services, and financial management. Currently serving as an Advisor at TimberHP since October 2024, Christian previously held various significant positions at West Fraser from November 2015 to October 2024, including Director of Strategy & Insights and Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy. Earlier career experiences include roles at EY as a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services, and positions at Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in controlling and management reporting. Christian started the career with consulting work at Bazan and an internship in customer analytics at Eli Lilly CCE, after early exposure as an intern at Volkswagen Financial Services. Academically, Christian passed Level I of the CFA Exam in 2012 and holds a Diplom Kaufmann in Controlling, Banking, and Finance from Katholische Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. Education was completed with an Abitur from Gaußschule, Braunschweig.
