Teresa Ievers

Teresa Ievers, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources. Teresa currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Timberland Bank starting from January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Clover Park Technical College from April 2020 to December 2022, where they were responsible for employee relations, organizational development, labor negotiations, and workforce strategies. Teresa also led investigations on employee matters and Title IX.

Before joining Clover Park Technical College, Teresa worked at Tacoma Community College as an Adjunct Professor in the Applied Science Program from December 2018 to December 2022.
