Susan M. Horner, CPM has extensive experience in property management, having worked as a Regional / District Property Manager at Timberland Partners, overseeing operations for multi-family market rent properties in Ohio and Michigan. Prior to that, Susan M. held positions at Sterling Group, Archon Residential Management, and McKinley Properties, managing properties in multiple states and overseeing financial operations to meet owner's goals. Susan earned their CPM Designation from IREM in 1990.
