Alex Dardinski

Alex Dardinski is a seasoned design and innovation professional with extensive experience in the footwear industry. Currently serving as Sr. Director, Head of Footwear Design and Innovation at Timberland, a VF Company, since May 2020, Alex leads a team focused on sustainability and product innovation. Prior to this role, Alex was the Sr. Creative Director for Footwear Innovation at VF Corporation, supporting iconic brands such as The North Face, Timberland, and Vans. Alex's career at Timberland began in 1999 and included roles such as Design Director for Outdoor and various product design positions, emphasizing technical innovation and commercial success in outdoor products. Earlier experience includes a product designer position at Fila and project management in architecture. Alex holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Roger Williams University and a certificate in Multimedia Authoring from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
