Rick Skidmore

Rick Skidmore has over three decades of diverse experience in leadership and management roles. Currently serving as the YPO Gold Chapter Chair and Learning Officer for the Philadelphia, PA Chapter since 2012, Rick is also a member of YPO. As the Founder and CEO of Timberlane, Inc. since December 1995, Rick has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills in building a successful company. Prior experience includes serving as a Sales Manager at MetLife from September 1989 to May 1995. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Temple University, where studies were completed from 1985 to 1989.
