Jessica Knochel

Jessica Knochel, LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with extensive experience working in therapeutic settings since 2008. Currently, Jessica serves as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Chicago Dance Therapy, specializing in anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and addiction among women and teens through evidence-based somatic and cognitive behavioral therapies. Additionally, Jessica has been a Dance/Movement Therapist and Clinical Yoga Specialist at Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center since 2014, where responsibilities include planning and implementing therapeutic activities tailored to individual resident needs. As an active member of the American Dance Therapy Association since 2010, Jessica has also contributed to the field as a yoga instructor with multiple certifications and as a Therapeutic Support Staff member in a school setting, advocating for diverse student needs. Education includes a Master’s degree in Dance Movement Therapy with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University.
