Heidi Nowak

Heidi Nowak, M.B.A. has an extensive work experience in sales, marketing, and leadership roles in the hospitality industry. Starting from 2005, Nowak worked at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in various positions including Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Sales & Marketing for Meetings & Special Events. Heidi provided leadership for sales, catering, conference services, marketing/public relations, and revenue management. Nowak also collaborated with the executive team on pricing strategy, developed property strategic plans and marketing plans, and participated in owners' meetings. Heidi updated marketing platforms, collateral, and content. In 2017, Nowak joined Salamander Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Sales & Marketing for Meetings & Special Events at Hotel Bennett. From 2019 to 2023, they served as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Kiawah Island Golf Resort. Currently, they hold the role of Chief Marketing Officer at Timbers Company.

Heidi Nowak, M.B.A. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from John Carroll University. Heidi also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications from the same university. Furthermore, they completed their high school education at Magnificat High School, pursuing a college preparatory field of study.
