Ryan Bell

Ryan Bell has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ryan is currently serving as the Director of Special Projects at the Timbers Company, starting in March 2021. Before that, they worked as the Director of Asset Management at Timbers Resorts from October 2018 to March 2021. Prior to that, they had an extensive tenure at CNL Financial Group, where they held various positions, including Director of Asset Management (Real Estate) from February 2014 to June 2017, Senior Asset Manager (Real Estate) from February 2012 to February 2014, Senior Associate, Asset Management (Real Estate) from February 2010 to February 2012, and Financial Analyst (Real Estate) from May 2007 to February 2010. Ryan also has past experience as an Independent Business Owner at Small Business Web Solutions from January 2002 to December 2006 and as a Sales Specialist at Apple from November 2005 to October 2006.

Ryan Bell has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance and Real Estate from the University of Central Florida.
