Scott Hall

Scott Hall has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Scott is currently the Senior Managing Director of Acquisitions & Capital Markets at Timbers Company, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at CNL Financial Group where they were the Chief Operating Officer of Private Real Estate from March 2019 to May 2023. Scott also held the positions of Senior Vice President and Consultant at CNL Financial Group from December 2012 to March 2019 and May 2011 to December 2012, respectively.

Before joining CNL Financial Group, Scott Hall had their own company, Scott Hall Land Company, where they were a Real Estate Investor and Developer from February 2010 to May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at The Pizzuti Companies as a Senior Vice President from September 2005 to January 2010. Scott also served as the Director of Acquisitions at CNL Income Corp from January 2005 to September 2005.

Scott Hall began their career at CNL Capital Management where they held the roles of Director of Investments from August 2003 to September 2004 and Director of Acquisitions from May 2002 to August 2003. Scott started their career in the real estate industry as an Associate at Lake Nona Real Estate Services from August 1995 to March 2001.

Before entering the real estate industry, Scott Hall was a professional golfer from April 1990 to March 1994.

Scott Hall obtained a Bachelor's degree in English from Ohio Wesleyan University. Later, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College between 2001 and 2002.
