Brenden Healy

Brenden Healy is a Marketing Assistant at TimberTech, responsible for presenting promotional materials and installing marketing signs since September 2014. In addition to this role, Brenden has been a Full-Time Student at the Air New Zealand Aviation Institute since August 2013, focusing on customer service and aviation studies. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Care Solutions Provider at Telecom New Zealand from April 2004 to May 2013, where responsibilities included sales, service, and resolution of billing, payment, and technical issues. Additionally, Brenden worked as a Telephone Account Manager at Vodafone from January 1999 to July 2001, managing 200-300 accounts and addressing upgrade and billing concerns. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Aviation and Customer Service Studies from the Air New Zealand Aviation Institute, a Diploma in Business and Management from Auckland University of Technology, and a School Certificate from Rosmini Boys High School.
