Rob Harvey has an extensive and diverse professional background, with experience in both production management and customer service roles. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Rob has held various titles at Timbertruss since 2002, including Truss, Posi-strut & Cassette Production Manager, Wall Frame Production Manager, Estimator, Fabricator, and more. Prior to Timbertruss, Rob worked at McDonald's as a Casual Crew Member in the kitchen and maintenance departments, where Rob gained valuable experience in staff training. Rob has also pursued additional education in areas such as customer contact, frontline management, and conflict resolution.
