Jason Medcalf

Jason Medcalf is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the food and ingredients industry. As Chief Executive Officer of BTG Ingredients since January 2022 and Managing Partner at Timbro Trading since June 2022, Medcalf demonstrates strong leadership abilities. Previously, Medcalf served as Chief Operating Officer at SucroCan Sourcing LLC from March 2019 to January 2022, and spent 15 years at Interfood Group, progressing from Managing Director for Interfood Americas to Managing Director. Medcalf relocated from California to Brazil in 2004 to lead the Interfood Latin American office in Sao Paulo. Earlier career experience includes serving as Vice President of Trading at Gerber Goldschmidt Group from 1996 to 2004.
