Shanthini Nilehmegam

Shanthini Nilehmegam is an experienced service manager currently working at TIME dotCom Berhad since October 2022. Previously, Shanthini served as a project manager at Ingenico Group from June 2016 to September 2022 and managed special projects and operations at Nera Infocom (M) Sdn Bhd from August 2008 to June 2016. Shanthini's responsibilities included accountability and reporting, as well as enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction. Additionally, Shanthini held the position of head of import at A.P. Moller - Maersk from January 2005 to June 2008. Shanthini holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Universiti Tenaga Nasional, completed in December 2004.
