Kirsten Glaze serves as the COO at Time Etc since July 2009, focusing on empowering individuals by providing talented Virtual Assistants to manage their to-do lists, allowing clients to concentrate on their passions. Prior to this role, Kirsten was a Senior Consultant at Hays from April 2005 to June 2009, where responsibilities included recruiting Financial Services professionals at various levels, including Compliance, Paraplanners, Sales Support, and Management, while engaging with a diverse clientele ranging from small independent businesses to large global firms.
