Ferdinand Muljanto

Ferdinand Muljanto has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and learning and development. Ferdinand started their career at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk as a Consumer Loan - Area Operations Officer from January 2006 to June 2008. After that, they worked as a Training Consultant at Dyviacom Intrabumi Tbk., PT from July 2008 to December 2009. Ferdinand then joined Novartis as a Field Training Manager from January 2010 to July 2011. Following that, they worked at Amdocs as a Customer Learning Implementation Manager (Senior Consultant) from June 2011 to April 2012. Afterwards, they joined Time International and held various positions within the human resources department, including Learning and Development Manager from April 2012 to April 2013, Head of Learning and Development from May 2013 to November 2016, General Manager Human Resources from December 2014 to October 2022, and currently serves as the Vice President of People and Corporate Operations starting from October 2022.

Ferdinand Muljanto completed their high school education at Canisius College (Kolese Kanisius) from 1998 to 2001, focusing on the field of science. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians at Universitas Trisakti, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Ferdinand Muljanto also obtained additional certifications, including becoming a Licensed Practitioner of NLP from the IANLP International Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming in November 2012, and a Certified Trainer from the Quantum Learning Network in 2008.
