Johnny Wong

Johnny Wong has more than 15 years of investment banking experience in corporate finance and capital markets. Before joining Time Medical, he worked at HSBC for more than 10 years and served as a director in the Asia Healthcare Group under the Global Banking and Markets business. He assisted with the establishment of the Asia Healthcare Group and has a wealth of transactional experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.

Mr. Wong has also served in the investment banking divisions of Royal Bank of Scotland and ABN AMRO covering the healthcare and consumer retail sector and oversaw several IPOs, debt and equity financing, and M&A transactions. Mr. Wong obtained a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
