Time Organization is a licensed Outpatient Mental Health Center (OMHC) providing community based mental health and behavioral health services to include counseling, PRP, substance abuse, services and multitude of other wraparound services. For over 23 years we have dedicated our services to Baltimore city and all surrounding counties.
