Sara Sanz Pinto has extensive experience in journalism and digital content. Sara started their career as a Junior Journalist at Impresa Publishing in 2006. Sara then worked as a Communications Assistant at Glintt in 2007. In 2009, they became a Journalist for Jornal i, where they focused on international politics and also served as a publisher for special editions. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Correspondent for Australia's Surfing Life, conducting interviews and writing articles. In 2014, they joined Diário de Notícias as a Journalist before moving to O Globo as a Journalist in 2015. Sara worked as the Head of Digital Content at Time Out Portugal from 2016 to 2017 and then became the Chief Editor at Time Out Porto until 2019. Currently, they are the Chief Sub-editor at Time Out Lisbon.
Sara Sanz Pinto began their education in 1993 at Escola Alemã de Lisboa, where they studied until the year 2000. Sara then attended Universidade Católica Portuguesa from 2001 to 2006, earning a degree in Communication Social and Cultural. Continuing their education, Sara pursued a Master's degree from 2006 to 2008 at the same university, specializing in Political Science and International Relations.
