President & CEO at Timerack

Adam Day has a wealth of experience in the HR and payroll industry. Adam is currently the President & CEO of Timerack, a position they have held since May 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Co-Founder & CEO of Timecentric Inc starting in April 2020. From 2018 to 2019, Adam worked as the Vice President of Platform Strategy at Infinite Blue.

Before their roles at Timerack and Timecentric Inc, Adam was the Principal of Adam Day and Associates from 2014 to 2018. In this role, they provided strategic and hands-on assistance to payroll service providers, specializing in platform migration, implementation, and training.

Adam has also held positions at Progress as the Director of Product Marketing from 2016 to 2018, HRAnswerLink as a Director on the Board of Directors from 2009 to 2017, and as a Vice President from 2009 to 2012. Adam served as the Vice President of Business Development at iSystems, LLC from 2012 to 2013, and as the VP of Time and Labor Management at PayChoice from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, Adam held the role of Vice President of Business Development at Payroll Associates from 2005 to 2009, and at PayDay Solutions from 1997 to 2005.

Adam Day attended Eastern Kentucky University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Accounting. In 2016, they also received additional certifications, including one from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) and another as a Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level III.
