Rachel Bellamy has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Rachel began their career as a CPT in the US Army and served until 2002. After that, they joined the US Office of Personnel Management as a Program Manager, where they worked until 2008. In 2009, Rachel started their own leadership services company, Reign Leadership Services, LLC, and held the position of CEO until 2011. Rachel then worked as a Senior Advisor in Talent Management at DOL VETS from 2011 to 2012. From 2010 to 2015, Rachel worked as the Director of the Human Capital Strategic Planning Division at the General Services Administration. Rachel'smost recent role has been as the Executive Vice President at TIME Systems LLC since September 2015.
Rachel Bellamy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Systems Engineering with a field of study in English from the United States Military Academy at West Point, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Rachel also has a Master's degree in Executive Coaching from Georgetown University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Rachel further pursued a Master's degree in Divinity/Organizational Leadership from Regent University, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. Prior to their higher education, Rachel attended Lawrence Central High School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Kolbe Certified Consultant from Kolbe Corp in September 2023, and as PROSCI from the Change Management Certification Program. Rachel also completed the PCC Georgetown Executive Coaching Program, accredited by ICF International.
