Tom Weber

Tom Weber is a seasoned journalist and educator with extensive experience in editorial leadership and teaching. Currently serving as a Contributing Editor at TIME since January 2012, Weber previously held the position of Executive Editor, overseeing critical national coverage. As an author, Weber is writing "Cloud Warriors" with St. Martin's Press, exploring future weather prediction and its societal impacts. In academia, Weber is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University, advising graduate students on their thesis projects, and led a magazine program at New York University in 2017. Weber's past roles include Managing Editor at Newsweek, Ferris Professor of Journalism at Princeton, and various editorial positions at prestigious publications such as The Wall Street Journal and SmartMoney.com.
