Rachel Bermudez has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Rachel began their career at Telerx (now C3i Solutions) as a Customer Service Representative, where they provided exceptional customer service and handled product-related inquiries and issues. Rachel then joined Volvo Logistics, North America as a Distribution Process Control supervisor, optimizing service levels and coordinating activities between Volvo Global Logistics and receivers.

Following that, Rachel worked at Fisher Clinical Services as a Distribution Study Associate, responsible for timely order entry and interaction with cross-functional support teams. Rachel then joined Lehigh Valley Health Network as an Administrative Assistant, providing comprehensive support services and assisting in curriculum development.

Rachel later worked at the Surgery Center of Allentown, LLC as a Surgical Coordinator, where they scheduled procedures and managed the surgery schedule for multiple surgeons. Rachel then returned to Lehigh Valley Health Network as an Administrative Partner/Unit Secretary, facilitating communication and coordinating patient flow activities.

Most recently, Rachel joined TimeDoc Health as a Chronic Care Coordinator, specializing in establishing trusting relationships with patients and delivering support, education, and resources to help them achieve their health goals. Throughout their career, Rachel has consistently demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle various administrative and coordination responsibilities.

Rachel Bermudez has a diverse and extensive education history. Rachel obtained multiple certifications and completed various courses related to healthcare and public health. In 2019, Rachel earned a Certification in Certified Nurse’s Aide from Spartanburg Community College. Rachel also achieved Employment Ready Certifications from ACT in September 2019.

In 2020, Rachel pursued further education in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Rachel participated in a training program called "Making Contact: A Training for COVID-19 Contact Tracers" offered by the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials. Rachel also obtained a Certification in COVID-19 Contact Tracing from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Additionally, Rachel completed a course in Emerging Respiratory Viruses, including COVID-19 from Purdue University - Global.

Rachel has also obtained several additional certifications related to their field. Rachel received certifications in Phlebotomy Technician/Phlebotomist, EKG Technician, and Patient Care Technician from Spartanburg Community College. Moreover, they hold certifications as a NHA-Certified Phlebotomy Technician (NHA-CPT), Nationally Certified Patient Care Technician (NCPCT), and a Certified EKG Technician (CET) from the National Healthcareer Association. Rachel is also a Certified Nurse Assistant certified by the State of South Carolina. Rachel has completed the Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) course offered by the American Heart Association.
