Ozz Sevilla has over 30 years of experience in hypnosis, human behavior analysis, and
the design of environments that directly influence how people respond inside a space
—what they feel, how long they stay, what they decide to do, how much they spend,
what they remember afterward, whether they recommend the experience, and
whether they return or dismiss it altogether.
He also trains and advises public figures and high-level leaders in how they present
themselves, how they project authority, and how they shape audience perception in
critical moments.
For more than two decades, he performed over 10,000 live shows across 13 countries in
two languages. In every event, he hypnotized dozens of individuals—on stage and off—
while analyzing their emotional, cognitive, and behavioral responses in real time.
He has hypnotized hundreds of thousands of people directly, and his performances
have been witnessed by over 2 million spectators worldwide.
Nearly a decade ago, he stepped away from the stage to focus exclusively on
developing real-world behavioral intervention models. Since then, he has refined his
skills through intensive training with former U.S. Special Forces operators, retired
military analysts, and members of that country’s National Guard.
This training gave him the tools to build his own systems for advanced observation,
pressure-based decision-making, and perceptual guidance in complex environments.
Ozz holds certifications in hypnotherapy, body language analysis, microexpressions,
linguistic pattern analysis, and a master-level certification in neuro-linguistic
programming.
He is cofounder of The Ascension Center for Higher Consciousness and Mind Alchemy.
Today, he leads Mindwerx, his firm dedicated to applied perception and behavioral
design, operating through two specialized divisions:
Mindwerx Estratégika, focused on governments, public figures, and
institutions; and
Mindwerx Experiential, focused on theme parks, live shows, nightlife venues,
and high-impact sensory experiences.
