Adam T. has a diverse range of work experience in the broadcasting and engineering industry. Adam started their career as a Broadcast Engineering Apprentice at the BBC in September 2018, where they gained hands-on experience in various roles such as Operations Engineer, Lead Project Engineer, and Operations Engineer specializing in sustainable systems. Adam worked towards the BBC's 2030 net zero target and was responsible for baselining emissions and identifying improvement opportunities for the corporation's technology estate. Adam also worked as a Studio Engineer at BBC Studioworks, where they provided operations engineering for TV shows and handled equipment maintenance, rigging, and operation. Furthermore, they worked as a Guarantee Broadcast Engineer at adi.tv, contributing to live sports events and collaborating with OB units and remote production for radio cameras. Currently, Adam is working as a Broadcast Engineer at Timeline Television, providing technical support for galleries, studio equipment, and Augmented Reality systems at BT Sport's facilities in Here-East, Stratford. Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated their expertise in audio engineering, including FOH mixing for live concerts and musicals, as well as recording, mixing, editing, and producing music and podcasts for various clients.

Adam T. pursued a BEng (Hons) degree in Broadcast and Communications Engineering from Birmingham City University from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, they attended Charters Sixth Form, where they focused on Music Technology, Mathematics, and Physics. Adam completed their secondary education at Charters School, where they did not obtain a degree, between 2011 and 2016. Before attending Charters School, they attended Avalon Public School from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Adam T. also obtained several certifications. Adam achieved the Apple Digital Masters certification from Apple in June 2023. In March 2021, they became a Student Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA). Adam also received a Dante Certification Level 3 from Audinate in June 2019.
