JaRoy Buffong

JaRoy Buffong has a diverse work experience in the media and wellness industries. JaRoy founded Naiquan in 2020, a company that focuses on creating holistic wellness plans to help individuals achieve their goals. Prior to that, they worked as a Media Systems Engineer at Timeline Television from 2018, where they were responsible for rigging and supporting broadcast equipment and post-production edit suites. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Video Europe Ltd. as a Non-Linear Broadcast Engineer, providing technical support services and installing various types of edit suites. JaRoy also worked as a Trainee Avid Technician at Video Europe Ltd. from 2013 to 2013. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Trainee Technician at ONSIGHT Ltd, assisting with Avid and Final Cut installations and providing clients with advice on camera formats and workflows. Prior to that, they worked as a freelancer from 2005 to 2009, offering production services such as budgeting, logistics, camerawork, lighting, and post-production editing.

JaRoy Buffong's education history begins in the year 2004 when they attended Twyford Church of England, where they studied Media and Photography, completing their A2 level education in these subjects. In 2005, they enrolled in the University of West London (formerly Thames Valley University), where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Media Technology Specialist, which they completed in 2009.

More recently, in 2017 and 2018, JaRoy attended Avid, where they obtained the ACSR degree in Media Composer and Avid Nexis.
