Jens Wind-Hasager

Jens Wind-Hasager has a diverse work experience. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at NorthSide as a Team Manager and Bar Manager, overseeing a team of 90-120 employees and managing the festival's largest bars. In 2015, they joined Ineva - innovativ evaluering as a Junior Consultant, supporting organizational development and innovative practices. From 2016 to 2020, Jens worked at Sinners Inc ApS, initially as a Development consultant, where they identified areas for development and secured a partnership with a US company, resulting in a promotion to CEO. During their time as CEO, they implemented a new growth strategy, increased revenue by 300%, and developed new procedures for payroll, bookkeeping, and accounting. Since 2022, Jens has been at TimeLog, starting as a Customer Success Manager and currently serving as the Head of Customer Growth. TimeLog is a cloud-based professional service automation software solution that enhances workflow efficiency and automates processes for service organizations.

Jens Wind-Hasager pursued their education at Aarhus University, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Uddannelsesvidenskab (education science) from 2011 to 2014. Jens continued their academic journey at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science degree in Uddannelsesvidenskab from 2014 to 2017.
