Mark Cinotti

Mark Cinotti is a finance professional with a diverse background in investment banking and entrepreneurial endeavors. Currently serving as Founding Growth at Stealth since August 2025, Mark is focused on building the company's growth strategies with backing from Founders Fund. Previously, Mark was an Investment Banking Analyst at Leonis Partners from June 2023 to July 2025, where significant contributions included increasing headcount and assisting founders in securing exits or growth capital. Mark also held the position of Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Leonis Partners in June to August 2022. As the Founder and President of Do More Than Your Part Inc. from December 2020 to March 2022, Mark dedicated efforts to alleviating hunger in the college community during the COVID-19 pandemic. Mark earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Bentley University in 2023 and graduated from Northern Highlands Regional High School in 2019.
