JD Cochran

JD Cochran started their career in 2011 as a Desktop Publisher at School Datebooks. JD later worked as a Junior Web Developer and Desktop Publishing Manager at the same company from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they joined SDI Camps & Races as a Web Developer, where they focused on maintaining and developing web-based administrative portals for over 300 websites.

From 2016 to 2019, JD worked at Stack Sports as a Software Engineer, specializing in mobile and web consumer applications. JD was the Lead Mobile Engineer for the B2C tournament app NextUp and the Senior Engineer for the B2C sport team app StackTeam. JD also developed and maintained multiple internal administrative portals during their time at Stack Sports.

In 2019, JD became a Software Consultant at Simon Property Group, where they were responsible for React development on an internal administrative application. JD assisted in the development, documentation, and transition of the application to a new owner, and also facilitated an internal React workshop for the employees.

In 2020, JD joined Tapestry Solutions as a Software Engineer, where they were involved in React development across multiple B2B scheduling applications. JD researched and built proof of concept Gantt/Timeline solutions and integrated scheduling visualization features across 20+ screens. JD then transitioned to the role of Software Consultant at Tapestry Solutions, where they continued to contribute to React development.

Currently, JD serves as a Sr. Mobile Engineer at TimelyMD, starting from 2021.

JD Cochran attended Purdue University from 2009 to 2010, where they studied Computer Science. However, no specific degree was mentioned.
