Nassim Bickham, LMFT has a diverse range of work experience in the mental health field. Starting in 2011, Nassim worked as a Learning Assistant at the University of Southern California.

In 2012, Nassim joined The Maple Counseling Center as a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern, gaining specialized training in intake assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Nassim provided individual, child, and family psychotherapy during this time.

From 2014 to 2015, Nassim worked at the YMCA of San Francisco as a Clinical Program Coordinator and Therapist. Nassim successfully developed and implemented the Alternatives to Suspension program for at-risk students, leading to a 25% reduction in suspension rates. Nassim also provided psychotherapy in an outpatient clinic setting and managed clinical programs and policies.

In 2017, Nassim joined Lyra Health as a Clinical Care Navigator, utilizing Lyra's proprietary matching software to connect clients with appropriate providers. Nassim managed client crises, provided case management, and contributed to the growth of Lyra's provider network. Later, from 2019 to 2019, Nassim served as a Senior Therapist in Lyra's Blended Care Program, working directly with product and engineering teams.

From 2019 to 2022, Nassim worked at Two Chairs, first as a Clinical Director and then as the Director of Clinical Innovation. Nassim launched and managed a clinic in San Francisco, built a teletherapy program during the Covid-19 pandemic, and led Two Chairs' APA sponsorship as a Continuing Education provider.

Currently, Nassim is working at TimelyCare as the Vice President of Care Transformation and the Interim Executive Director of Mental Health. TimelyCare is a leading virtual health and well-being solution for students. Nassim is responsible for improving student physical and mental health through clinical care, advanced technology, and expert guidance.

Throughout Nassim's career, they have demonstrated a commitment to innovative mental health programs, strategic leadership, and excellent client care.

Nassim Bickham, LMFT has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California. In 2016, Nassim obtained their license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist from the Board Of Behavioral Sciences. In 2018, they also obtained certification as a Clinical Supervisor, making them eligible to supervise clinicians seeking licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, and Professional Clinical Counseling. Additionally, Nassim recently completed the Value Measurement for Health Care program from the Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2021.
