Shane Walker

Shane Walker is an experienced professional with a strong background in implementation and account management across various companies. Currently serving as Implementation Director at TimelyCare since March 2021, Shane plans and manages implementation strategies and has successfully overseen the migration of clients to a new proprietary platform. Previously, as Director of Implementations at Bridge Connector, Shane managed project pipelines, resource allocation, and client expectations. Shane's roles at Bridge Connector also included serving as Solutions Engineer, where effective collaboration with sales teams was crucial. Prior to that, Shane held positions at InQuicker as Strategic Solutions Consultant and Account Manager, focused on strategic planning and client relationship management. Additional experience includes Senior Territory Account Manager at Prism Medical Products and Account Executive at Ricoh Business Solutions. Shane's career began in account management at Professional Security Consultants and Design. Shane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Enterprise Management with a Marketing Collateral from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
