Evan Dunn, MBA, is an experienced Customer Success Manager currently serving as a Senior Client Success Manager at TimelyCare. Previously, Evan held roles at SheerID as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, where they managed a portfolio of 30 accounts and facilitated client partnerships, and at Smarsh as a Customer Success Manager, overseeing mid-market accounts. With a background in sales and marketing coordination at ShedRain and experience in owner management at Vacasa, Evan has consistently focused on enhancing customer relationships through effective communication and service strategies. Evan earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands.
