Heather Geracie is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical excellence and quality assurance. Currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Excellence at TimelyCare since March 2021, Heather has successfully led the development and implementation of quality assurance programs across the organization. Previous roles include Quality, Patient Safety, & Risk Manager for Adeptus Health, where Heather led quality improvement initiatives across nine Hospital Satellite Emergency Departments in the DFW area. Additional experience encompasses nursing management and direct patient care at multiple healthcare institutions, including overseeing compliance for 22 City Hospital Emergency Care Centers and managing nursing operations at Texas Health Emergency Room. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin.
