Andressa Damico possesses extensive experience in banking and financial management. Currently serving as Coordenadora - Piloto de Reservas Bancárias e Backoffice financeiro at Neon since October 2022, responsibilities include implementing the SPB, SPI, treasury management, and reconciliation, as well as validating account openings with the Central Bank. Previously, Andressa worked at Porto Seguro from October 2021 to April 2022 as Piloto de Reservas Bancárias, focusing on testing plans for treasury operations and leading the implementation of SPB and SPI projects. Prior experience at China Construction Bank (CCB Brasil) from January 2015 to April 2021 involved managing and monitoring reserve accounts, along with overseeing committed operations.
