Italo Santos

Italo Santos is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Neon since May 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Loggi from March 2018 to April 2023, where roles included Director of Engineering, Senior Engineering Manager, Site Reliability Engineering Manager, and Senior Site Reliability Engineer, contributing to platform vision implementation, resource management optimization, and the establishment of a strong Site Reliability Engineering culture. Prior to Loggi, Italo held positions at TOTVS as an Infrastructure Specialist and Senior Infrastructure Analyst, as well as at Locaweb in various roles including Storage Administrator and Senior Operations Analyst, where significant improvements in infrastructure cost, performance, and stability were achieved. Italo has also provided consulting services at Velocity Technology Solutions. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Analysis and Systems Development and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems at Universidade Paulista, Italo brings extensive experience in engineering management and infrastructure solutions.
