Ivan Baiao

Ivan Baiao has extensive experience in compliance and risk management, currently serving as Coordenador de Compliance at Neon since February 2021, overseeing the Compliance Program, Whistleblower Channel, CEC, e-Discovery, DLP, and end-to-end investigations, while also focusing on internal policies and ESG integration. Prior to this role, Ivan was a Senior Compliance Analyst at UnitedHealth Group, conducting thorough investigations of professionals suspected of legal violations and internal policy breaches. Ivan’s experience also includes a Senior Consultant position at GRC Solutions, where implementation of ethical procedures was emphasized, and a Business Analyst role at Deloitte Brasil, focused on reputational information gathering to enhance decision-making processes. Ivan holds a postgraduate specialization in Compliance and Corporate Integrity from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and a degree in Investigative Journalism from Universidade São Marcos.
